North Willow Grove Family Medicine has been providing quality medical care to the families of the Delaware Valley for over 28 years. We are proud to deliver the best possible personal and comprehensive health care to patients of all ages from infants to seniors. Beginning from a solo practice in 1981, we have evolved today into a practice of five experienced physicians and two highly skilled physicians assistants all of whom are board certified. In addition, our support staff of 25 assists in overall patient care and addressing patient’s individual needs.
Services can be scheduled within a day or two thanks to our Open Access scheduling system. This allows our patients to be seen by a provider when it is necessary or most convenient. With Open Access scheduling, any type of appointment can be scheduled within 24 hours of the time you call. We do not pre-book appointments months in advance.
We are constantly striving to reach the optimum blend of delivering the advantages of modern medical technology and systems in a traditional setting that has not forgotten the value of the personal touch in a caring doctor/patient relationship.
Electronic Medical Records allows our practitioners to provide patient care in a more comprehensive and timely manner. When records can be easily accessed and shared, your provider has all the pieces of your medical history in front of them. Diagnosis and treatment is now based on a more complete, accurate and current set of medical records and results.
North Willow Grove Family Medicine was the 4th practice in the United States to achieve the highest level recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient Centered Medical Home. Through this rigorous monitoring, and by our participation in the program, we have improved patients outcomes while reducing the possibility of medical errors.
In May 2008, North Willow Grove Family Medicine was chosen to participate in the Governor’s Office on Health Care Reforms “Chronic Care Collaborative.” Through a mutual sharing and idea exchange, our doctors are developing processes that can be implemented to advance the care of patients with chronic diseases like diabetes, asthma and heart disease.
Thank you for choosing North Willow Grove Family Medicine to participate in your health care. We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to be a part of your life, and in many instances the lives of your parents, children, and grand children. We wish each of you good health and prosperity.
